Japan's Wisteria Paradise

Ashikaga Flower Park, located in Tochigi Prefecture, is a world-famous tourist attraction known for its beautiful seasonal flowers. One of the most famous is their Wisteria Garden, where beautiful wisteria flowers bloom during the Spring season.

Ashikaga Flower Park was also the only place in Japan selected by CNN in 2014 as one of the "10 Dream Destinations in the World". Ashikaga Flower Park has been highly acclaimed around the world for its beautiful scenery and flowers.

Large Wisteria Trellis: Natures Magnificent Beauty

One of the most impressive spots in Ashikaga Flower Park is the large wisteria trellis. The wisteria trellis is an area covered with giant wisteria trees that are over 160 years old, approximately 1000 sq/m wide and 10 m high, creating a fantastic landscape that looks as if purple rain is falling.

Especially from mid-April to mid-May, when the wisteria flowers are in full bloom, the "Fujinohana Monogatari (Tale of Wisteria) - Dai Fuji Matsuri" is held, attracting many tourists from around the world.
