Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on your experience and goals, every student will follow a different learning plan. Students will work through their curated materials and textbooks with their instructors. At the end of the class, students will be assigned homework to submit before their next lesson. It is important to keep practicing the new material over the week to promote steady improvements.
All lessons will be hosted on Zoom, where each student is given a dedicated meeting link. At your scheduled lesson time, simply join the meeting link and your instructor will greet you to start your lesson.
Our scheduling policy states that all lesson changes must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
When requesting a change, login to the student portal and select the scheduled class to change.
We accept payments from most credit cards or other popular payment systems such as PayPal.
During your class, the instructors will expect all students to be in a quiet and distraction-free study environment with the necessary writing/note taking tools. We ask to have all textbooks, notebooks, and other materials ready to ensure that the full duration of the lesson will be used for learning purposes. SORA is unable to accommodate any modifications or extensions during class.
For security purposes, SORA will reset and send a new lesson link every few months. Please check to see that you are on the most updated link. If the instructor is not starting your session, please contact us immediately at _______ for further information.
